For the Discriminating Designer. Now for the first time, you can purchase single crystal, silicon super cells, designed and utilized by the space industry. If reliability, power, output, and size are prime considerations for your solar projects, use these super cells.

• Highest power available for their size, rectangular shape for high density.
• Thin, approximately 14 thousandths of 1" thick.
• All cells are tested VOC (voltage open circuit), ISC (current short circuit), using one full sun condition.
• 8 standard sizes (dimensions may vary +/- 2mm)
• Solder P & N contacts with 60/40 rosin core solder and liquid flux on cell.
• Packaged in plastic case. Bulk orders available.

Calibrated Cell

Perfect for PV system installers, test instruments or the classroom. The factory has tested this 0.5volt, 2 x 4 cm cell in 1 sun conditions and written the output on the rear of the #2 size plastic case (2 1/4" x 1 3/8" for reference).  Since a silicon cell is used, the current output is almost linear to the amount of light. Example: 1 sun = 250ma / 50% sun = 125ma.

USED SOLAR MODULES

These "previously used" solar modules (4 volts, 150ma current) are great for re-charging 1 or 2 - D, C, AA, AAA batteries.  Encapsulated in polymer for outdoor use.  Lead wires include blocking diode to stop battery discharge.  8.5" x 1.25" x .25" thick.  (Possible cosmetic discoloring).
